I would personally not use a 3rd party application for my cd key(s).

It is safer (if saved securely) and easier to create .reg files.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Activision \Call of Duty 2]
"codkey"="ENTERPRODUCTKEYWITHOUT-"

You can change your cd key by opening the create reg file.
