English Windows XP in VMWare, wrong Keyboard layout (QUERTY)

Hey all,

does somebody know how to set the QWERTZ layout in an english XP? I did this so far and IIRC that always worked before (on real PC, not VMware):

But it's still in QWERTY format. Basically most of the non-char-keys are messed up.#

Edit:

I guess I need to install MUI Language Pack, but all links on microsoft.com seem dead (since XP is unsupported?). Well, gonna look further

Edit 2: Oh well, now I found a german MUI pack and everything is in german now, but keyboard still fucked up...

Edit 3: Installed another .iso which has like dozens of different IME layouts, working now.
