Hi there I need some help, I got this paintball mod from here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/paintball-mod1

The question is how, or what do I need to do/edit in order to make these 3 weapons blend more in with the world, right now they stay always and everywhere static/the same and look pretty ugly.

What do I need to do to make them change like the hand in these screenshots.

And another question is it possible to add tracers/balls to show when firing, I saw that the mg42/cal30 have them and can be manipulated with cg_tracerXX commands.

The tracers dont work. Its about the weapon having highlights, reacting to sun light.

Thanks, I know it has something to do with specular map, but I was looking more about how do I make this for these 3 weapons, it looks somewhat messy, and I cant really find any useful tutorial so I will just give up.

Convert texture to dds. Edit it as you want and make new material with Asset manager with specular map etc

isnt the specular map a black+white image indicating how reflective a surface should be?
