You will be able to create Maps & Game Modes and more!
We will include Unranked Dedicated Server Files with the tools so you can run servers with modded content anywhere you choose.
We will provide an Unranked Server Browser so you can easily find and join servers with modded content.
Closed Alpha target date: March 2016

What do you all plan to mod? ATM I think I would start with zombies. Or.. meh, surf maps with this special jump stuff? It will probably need something like libcod again for setVelocity, forwardButtonPressed etc... inb4 DMCA Takedown Notice too

I hope someone tries to make a WW2 conversion. If it gets popular - it could show Activision that WW2 is worth looking at again.

As for me - I'm going to wait until we start hearing what is limited and not & game feedback before deciding whether to buy.

Edit: Have they confirmed the max slots yet?

I have a strange feeling that even if they release it (a big IF), it's going to remain alpha forever... (Because mod tools for BO1 are forever beta lol)
