How to add server to your server tracker list?

I have tried everything I can think of to add my server to your list, any guides or quick reference sheets to get it added?

It shows up when I just add the IP and port (ie. http://service.killtube.org/?ip=72.5.102.244&port=28960) but cannot get it to stick in the listing.

I'm sure it's something simple that I am doing or not doing, but this is the third day I have tried this and no joy.

Servers get deleted after being one hour offline, so maybe:

1) Mentioned server is often offline
2) Firewall is blocking the 5 second interval updates longer than a hour (some DoS rule)

I've set the deletion time to one day now, that might be less annoying. Normally they are immediatly added from master server updates, but they are down (each version has it's own).
