I have to format my pc, and since I have to try to instal my cod2 but when the installation is about to finish my screen become black and i haven't images nothing my game ex ... i see nothing.
Please someone help me pls .

What version of Windows are you running? Is it completely up to date?

I use windows 8 and i don't know how to uptdate it

I was going to tell you to download some .dll files that are needed to run legacy code like COD2, but if you don't even know how to update Windows, I think it would all be too much for you. So, let's try something easier - let's see if it will run in compatibility mode first. Watch this video tutorial:

FYI for those others who know a bit about PC maintenance and shit, if you find you can't install COD2 on Windows 7 64 bit or Windows 8, download these .dll files:

msvcp71.dll
mfc71.dll
msvcr71.dll

Put them in Windows System32 folder (and SysWow64 folder for Windows 7 64 bit). They are legacy DirectX .dll files that aren't included in later versions of Windows. So, you have to manually install them.
