Hi all,

I need a fix for COD ghosts. My videocard is not dx11 compatible, so i need to download the COD ghosts fix to play with dx10. However, all these downloads are protected by surveys... Is there a way to get ride of these f*cking surveys and just download the file?

Okey, so first thing you need is to download and install this file: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/hh852363.aspx (it also works for windows 7)

Next you need to go to "C:\Windows\System32" and find a file called dxcpl.exe in there, then run it.

When the window pops up click Edit list and select the path to the "C:\...\iw6sp64_ship.exe" file.

In the device settings (at the bottom) set "Feature level limit" to 11_0 or 11_1 and select option "Force WRAP"

After applying these settings you'll be able to run the game on DX10.

The above steps doesn't guarantee that you'll be able to run the game on your pc but it'll remove the limitation on DirectX Level.

Also I would like to know your Graphics card model, which will allow me to tell you if it's even going run smooth on the lowest settings.

I got CoD Ghosts and had no problem running it on my current GPU which is AMD HD 6450 2 GB edition, but I don't get to play it because my GPU is simply not good enough to have a smooth gameplay.

These steps are taken from a 3rd party site so I don't take any responsibility for any damage done by following them.
