problem with B3

when i start up my b3 everything looks really good, but when I go to my server the and type !b3 the b3 dont react.
im sure the ports are open, and the b3 should have been connected with my server/rcon, i put my b3.xml file in the conf, docs and sql files to ( see screen )

Does the server actually write to CoD2 Server/main/games_mp.log? Just open in Notepad++ and look if it actualizes each time you write something in chat.

B3 tries to push rcon-commands all the time, do you see them in log? Either "rcon from 1.2.3.4" or "bad rcon from 1.2.3.4" or something like this (well I just saw "Testing Rcon: Ok", so check if CoD2 writes to the log file). Might be permission issue also, you can try to start the server as Admin

yea it does, so that cant be a problem, i think there's another problem but idk what -.-
