B3 commands

Hello Guys!
Most of the Zombie Servers has got on b3 the "!pick" to pick up somebody and other things how like flying.
Where I can find it and download it? Some ideas?

Some of the commands are not plugins, but made by the modders of those servers.

...there are no B3 commands that directly affect the Player...
