For Cod 4+5 I need this but can not find it anywhere.

I'm looking for a fastfile extractor which can export sounds from CoD4. Unfortunately, the only way seems to be doing that in some very complicated way with hex-editors and stuff, since Tom's program only exports the script-files(like .gsc's) and another tool, I know, only can do that with CoD5 Fastfiles. Anyone got a solution?
