I'll give it a go, but I need a better image to work with than that. What weapon is that? Is that the XM10 from Homefront?

Its XM8. Does it take a lot of your time? I aslo need 2 similar weapons, but im newb @ PS :P.

Ok, this is what I did:

I have made a DDS file, with alpha background. It should be good to put straight into COD2 (or wherever you are going to put it).
