Is there a software for cod2 that prevents players from using hacks or cheats?

Yea, that software is called brain.exe... really cheap to get :D

Well, other than that: some hacks are defining cvars like mom_aim 0 bot_nameesp 0, which could be tested inside a .menu-file. if detected: auto-ban
