Added:
- Spawning only with Knife without Ammo
- Items to pick up (Ammo and Health)
- Changed Surf-Algorithm (Harder to gain speed but faster because no speed limit)
- Fixed Surf-Algorithm to be sticky on the surf ramp and not gliding off
- Very improved REPAIR detection, couldnt find an error in Utopia anymore and Toast
- Lowered Bunnyhop, so the Jail in Utopia can be hopped without touching the top
- Changed time limit to 30 minutes, compromiss with IzNoGod :D

The added knife wasn't Direct X 9 compatible and the connection failed with the message:


'failed to load image' ~knife_bump-gggr

Thanks to Puhve for telling me about the issue and thanks to Peterlankton for sending me another knife, whose bump map i could use.
