Normally you would need to install X / VNC and wine, quite a alot HOWTO's on google.
But I found this to run an .exe with xvfb (X virtual framebuffer) instead of the "real" X: http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=1390
That might save some RAM.
