Masterserver is again offline

Hello Activision!
I want to ask about the Masterserver of the game Call of Duty 2.
This is the second time, that the Masterserver get down.
I want to get reasons, why that happens again.
Will be the GUID's changed, if the Masterserver come back?
If the Masterserver is get up again, please look up that the Masterserver won't get down again.
